Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

This recipe is the perfect treat for anyone that looking to enjoy their childhood favourite of cookie dough while still keeping a keto lifestyle. The best part is that this recipe uses our Healthy Crunch Chocolate Seed Butter as the topping so you can enjoy double the chocolate enjoyment with less sugar. Happy Crunching!
1/2 cup Blanched Almond flour
2 tbsp Coconut flour
2 tbsp Granulated Monk fruit sugar (or sweetener of choice)
2 tbsp Keto Maple Syrup
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
1-2 tbsp Keto Chocolate Chips
- In a small mixing bowl, combine your almond flour, coconut flour and monk fruit sugar. Mix well.
- Add your sticky sweetener of choice and coconut oil and mix very well, until fully combined. The mixture should resemble a creamy cookie dough. Stir through chocolate chips. If it is too crumbly, add some extra maple syrup.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins and top with Chocolate Seed Butter to serve. Happy Crunching!
